Well, it's been a while since I've written in here. I've been to the conference over a month ago now, it all went rather well, and I had a good time, although it was good to get back. Uni is winding up, last week next week, except for a few exams, and my thesis is pretty much finished now.
I'm a few episodes into the new seasons of Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis. I rather like the new season of Atlantis, although I will of course miss Ford, and have yet to get up to the episode where Jason Momoa's character is introduced. I'm still making my mind up about the new season of Stargate SG-1 though. It doesn't feel the same now that RDA has left. I'm thinking it will pick up a little when Sam comes back from Area 51 in a few episodes. The new enemy which is being introduced seems good though, better than the Gould, who were becoming a little tiring. I especially like Vala as well, although Ben's character will take a little getting used to since I've only seen him in Farscape before. I don't like this whole Jaffa free nation thing though, I've never liked their story lines.
I went to the movies yesterday. I was going to head into the city to do some shopping but I'll do that tomorrow instead, since I need to get some shorter screws for my thesis binding from the shop as well, so I went to see Into The Blue, a rather good movie, if not slightly too long considering there's not much of a plot. I got to see lots of Paul Walker and Scott Caan though, which makes up for that. I've attached a bunch of pictures of them both below. Enjoy :)
