Been busy, got the next three Wednesday's off though which will be good, have a bit to do tomorrow though. Upgraded my internet plan recently, so I've caught up with all the downloads and will be watching all those shows soon.

I can't believe it's been a month since I posted anything... I'll try to post a little more often in the next couple of weeks :)
I haven't been the best lately, between worrying about work, my Mum's health continuing to get worse (she has an operation soon so that should improve), and just been busy.
I did go to see Pirates of the Caribbean 3 yesterday though, which has inspired this post :) It was good, although not as good as the first two, but if you haven't seen it yet, then it's definitely worth going.

Last week turned out pretty good. I suddenly got a day off on Thursday and I get next Wednesday off as well, which gave me a chance to go out during the week and also to relax a little more as well which was nice. Work is overall to the point where I'm okay with it now as well, although of of my co-workers may be leaving which will add more pressure on to everything.
I've been playing around with some things a bit lately. I've reinstalled Mac OS X on a separate partition on my system and will be developing my university project a little more, about a year since I've last touched it. I've also got all the back orders of books arrived, so I've been reading a little more lately, and I brought a whole heap of stuff from work yesterday. The new speakers (as my old ones had broken) are amazing, and here I was worried they wouldn't be as good, and I got a new hard drive and an external enclosure for my old one, which are also working well.
For this post though, I've got a bunch of images of Orlando Bloom, most of them are from Haven. Although I'm not completely sure where I got them from, I have a feeling it was ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small}

Well, I've managed to get through my first week of work, and I must say it wasn't very good. Thankfully I managed to get Saturdays off, at least for now, though. In the end though I was just constantly stressed and anxious to the point where I'm going to go to the chemist tomorrow during lunch and see about some of those vitamin supplement things that are meant to be useful. I'm hoping that in a few weeks time as I learn how to do more things and am not constantly lost I'll calm down a little more.

Well, things are settling down a little and getting a bit better than it has been lately which is rather good, and hopefully this coming weekend should be a little relaxing as well. Getting used to the welfare activity requirements, they are not actually as bad when you sit down and work out exactly what the document I signed says. Photo Bucket is working again, as evidenced in the fact this post is here today :) I got the refund from the online bookstore okay and have even ordered a few more books since the others have turned up.
Today's post are a bunch of high-res captures of Orlando Bloom, some from a press conference he did, and some from a special on the new movie, Pirates of the Caribbean II: Dead Man's Chest. Usually when there's a new movie of his out there are quite a few more new pictures than I've been seeing lately. Hopefully I'll turn up more soon :)

Well, so much for thinking that interview late last week went well. Although I wasn't really expecting the job, I would have thought I'd get a second interview with them, but I got a letter saying I didn't on Monday (if they had have called, I probably would have known Friday as well, which was also a little annoying...) It was a good job too, so its a little disappointing I didn't get further with that one.
This post is mainly done out of pure boredom - I've already read an awful lot of the novel I'm reading today (James Patterson - Pop Goes The Weasel), played some games (RTC3 and GTA:SA), and the Trivia chat channel I play in is kind of broken at the moment, so I thought I'd post here.
Today's post is a bunch of high-res images of Orlando Bloom. Some are from the Pirates of the Caribbean 2, and the rest are just random ones that I've had for some time (and probably haven't, but might have, posted before). In the coming days I might post the second set of Jared and Jensen's The CW Upfront pictures (as a new set on Supernatural Media has been released now).

No news from that place I had an interview from, but they mentioned in the first one that the second was being done today, so I can now conclude that I didn't get the job.. I didn't stop submitting resumes while waiting this time though so hopefully I'll get another one soon enough :)
I've mostly just been playing games (Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 and GTA: San Andreas) and also reading (just about to finish Michael Palmer's Miracle Cure at the moment) lately, and haven't been able to get on here much. I've been reading some fan fics though, Jared/Jensen slash, if you are into that, be sure to read sxeraven's series "Early Mornings and Late Nights Under Overcast Sky" which is one of the best slash stories that I've read before.
Some more new Orlando Bloom pictures today in this post, these ones according to their file names are from an appearance he did on MTV's TRL in 2005. Note that Photo Bucket seems to be running a bit slow at the moment so be patient while the images are loading as usual :)

It's been a while since I've posted anything of Orlando Bloom (looking at the tags, late February), and I've gotten a few new images of him in that time.
Four of today's images are of a photo shoot of his that I hadn't seen before, although I'm not sure if its actually new or not. The other four are some promotional shots from Pirates of the Caribbean 2, which is due out sooner or later this year.

Quite a while since my last post in here, partly because of how busy I've been this past week and also partly because I haven't had any new pictures to post up here. I got a call early in the week letting me know that I'd gotten the interview with the second company, and went to that on Wednesday. It went fairly well, and I'm hopeful of getting the job, I'll find out if I get the second interview early next week. After hassling the first company as well, I found out that I didn't get their position. After experiencing what their company was like though, it doesn't seem much of a loss, although it would have been a job.
As for the pictures today, they are some fairly recent high-res Orlando Bloom pictures, which I have no idea where they came from as usual.

Another hot day, which I just spent reading (Midnight Falcon, Rigante Bk 2, David Gemmell at the moment, nearly finished it though) and preparing a little more for my interview on Monday, going through some sample interview questions, which has only made me feel more nervous... I also wrote a little more on my next slash fic (it's titled Cowboys in Love at the moment, that may change). I'm planning to watch Stargate: SG-1 and Stargate: Atlantis later tonight though.

Very cool again today which is nice, found another job to apply for, and this one sounds quite good and I might have a chance at it as well, which is nice again. I'll get back to watching new Stargate: SG-1 and Stargate: Atlantis again tonight since new episodes of SG-1 have come back on air again, still on Sci-Fi, which is unusual since Sky One normally catches up during their mid-season break.
A bunch of new pictures today, including ten various photos of Orlando Bloom in high-res from my archives and also four of a guy named Drew Fuller, who if I recalled was on Charmed for a little while, although I can't remember anything else that I've seen him in. Enjoy :)

Christmas is just around the corner now, although I'm not a particular fan of the holidays and the holiday season. My Mum is feeling a little better although the doctor's can't do much to fix the problem, it should just go away on it's own over time. Still been doing the usual, reading and I went out to do a little more shopping yesterday.
Still haven't heard back from the job I applied for, which is beginning to get annoying, since it's holding me back from applying to others if I'm not successful in getting the position, but I'll chase it up after Christmas if I still haven't heard back from them by then.
Been playing around with Windows Vista the past few days, it's looking quite good, although there are parts that I don't particularly like in the new O/S, and I'll start playing Unreal Tournament 2004 as something to do in a few days time once I've gotten that downloaded.

So very close to finishing Uni for my final semester and graduating, with one exam tomorrow and then one on Tuesday night next week, and then I'm done. I found out earlier this week that I got the highest mark for my thesis in my course this year, which was very nice to hear. After that I'll take a few weeks off and then perhaps get my resume and stuff back up-to-date and start looking for work.
I've finally decided that I like the new Stargate and Atlantis seasons, and I've started watching all the other shows I've been holding off last weekend too, all of which seem quite good in the new seasons. Also going to get Need for Speed: Most Wanted soon, which should give me something to play now that Locomotion and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas has gotten a little boring.

Still been busy quite a bit lately, just reading, working on my seminar and presentation for both Uni next semester and the conference and things such as that. Haven't been reading or writing many fan fics lately as a result. Got my results from last semester on Wednesday, I did very good this time around which was a relief, I'll see how I go next semester, which should be my last assuming I pass everything.

Well, I've been a bit busy lately, first studying and completing my exams, then building the Windows Media Center PC for my Dad, and just reading and playing some more of GTA: San Andreas, which is an excellent game. I've also upgraded my computer a little bit lately with more RAM and a newer video card which makes the game run much better. I've got a whole month off from Uni now though, which should be good, give me some time to relax.
Earlier in the year I also submitted a conference paper for the Apple University Consortium's conference at the end of September in Hobart (Tasmania, Australia), and I was notified a week ago that it was accepted, and they are paying for my flight there, as well as accommodation and the conference registration fee and so forth, which is amazing, my supervisor says that not many undergraduates get published or invited to speak. It's also a little terrifying as well though, since I'm not really much of a public speaker, but I suppose I'll have to get over that...

Despite the fact that I've finished this university semester except for two exams now, and so have much more free time, I haven't been reading many fic's because I've just been playing GTA: Vice City, and since I got it today, GTA: San Andreas, which is excellent, having a much larger city and such. Okay, I said a few posts ago that I was going to write a Seth/Ryan fic, and then go back to writing Aiden/John, but I seem to have lied... I haven't started either of them, and because of all the work I've got at University, both study and tests for the three units I'm taking, as well as programming for my project and writing my thesis, I just don't have any time left over... Maybe in a few months time after the exams when I only have my thesis to work on I'll find a little more time.
Quite a few pictures today though. A bunch of pictures of Josh Holloway, who plays Sawyer in Lost, I'm not sure where I got those, but it was from a Lost fan site. Also a bunch of pictures of Orlando Bloom from his new movie Kingdom of Heaven, which I kind of borrowed from nikitas_lair, and some more pictures of Ben McKenzie from The O.C.

I'm not 100% sure the photos in this post will work, although hopefully they will. I went to try to upload them like usual to PhotoBucket, but since their site was down and I couldn't be bothered waiting for them to fix it, I created another account at ImageHost, which I use for the photos section of my other website, and that seems to work well enough, if not a little slow to load the pictures sometimes...
A bit of a mixed bag today. A few new high-res photos of Orlando Bloom, a few screen caps of Collin Farrell from the Recruit, and a bunch of shirtless Ben McKenzie pictures from the O.C. (although they are the old season 1 captures). I was going to post the series of nude Heath Ledger pictures that is making its way around the net, from the set of his latest film, Barebroke Mountain, but I'm not sure of LiveJournal's policies so I'll do that another day. Well, I'm still extremely busy, although I have the four day Easter weekend off, as well as next week where I don't have much study to to since I've done it all last week and this week, so I should hopefully get some time to do some more reading fan fic's, since the list of what I want to read has built up again, and I hope to write some more of my next Aiden/John slash fan-fic, which is called Late Night Rendezvous for the time being.
