A fairly busy but okay week last week, along with this weekend as well. Had a major service done on the car on Friday, nothing major found that wasn't exaggerated, and the car is running a little better which is good. Have Wednesday off again this week so I'll go out shopping and such then, maybe starting on Christmas shopping if I can be bothered. I've also been playing around with Windows Vista and Office 2007 final, in preparation for me moving to them in a few months time.

I actually found a very good picture of Ryan Carnes that would have been good to include in the last post, but since I'll keep the non-work-safe posts to a minimum, that new one I found while hunting around today will have to wait. Instead this post has a whole bunch of Jared Leto pictures, some of them new ones for me. I actually found tons of very good ones, but most were either non-high-res, or had watermarks all over them so I didn't bother. I'll keep looking in the future for more though.

Not sure who will be in my next post, although I am thinking of doing another slash fic (Jake/OMC) so I might post that up if I get it started before then.

Still no news on the job front, in fact there's nothing much happening at the moment worth mentioning, so I'll go straight on to the pictures for today...

The first three are of Nicholas Gonzalez, who is in quite a bit from time to time as a guest star, but I most recently saw him in an episode of Ghost Whisperer. The second lot are of Jared Leto, most of which are probably repeats, but are worth repeating anyway. I've most recently seen him in Lord of War, where is he quite good in it, although he's not focused on very often.

I was going to post these yesterday, but unfortunately my monitor decided to completely die after a few weeks of playing up. It's still under warranty so I've given it to the repair shop and hopefully it will be back in a week or so, but since my Dad has finally decided to replace his old laptop with a new computer soon, I've just gotten a new LCD and he can have my old LCD when it gets back fixed.

Hot again today though, after a nice cool break, but its at least bearable at the moment. No success at job hunting yet, but you've heard that before... Supernatural premiers here in Australia tonight so that should be good, if nothing for the two lead guys in it will provide some entertainment for an hour :)

I am half way through writing my next slash story though, Jared/OMC, which I'll post up here in a few days time when I get to finish it. It might be a two part story, since it's quite long at this stage and I can easily separate it into two and just continue working on the other part.

Lately I've just been working on fixing up the Media Center PC since it's been having problems, finishing up with my relatives computer and catching up on some reading. The car nearly broke down too on Thursday, and I barely made it home after going shopping, but it turned out to just be an electrical wire that had broken off, and taping it up fixed it, which was lucky. I have a job interview on Monday, which has be a little nervous, although hopefully I will get the job. If nothing else it will give me some practice for future interviews and give me a chance to go shopping a little in the city.

Quite a few pictures in this post today. The first six are of Jared Leto shirtless, most are older ones but there are a few that I haven't seen before. The rest are of a guy called Rafael Verga, who is a Brazilian model, including one of him naked (i.e. - this post is non-Worksafe at the end). As with most of the posts lately, they come from the famousmales (fmforums.co.uk) forums. Enjoy :)

Still very busy, as some exams are coming up at Uni, along with my trip to Hobart to present at the AUC conference in just three weeks time, so I'm looking forward to that, but it is all keeping me quite busy. I've downloaded the first two episodes of Prison Break, and another one should be released today, although I haven't had a chance to watch them yet. They are at Torrent Spy if you are interested in downloading them. The good news is that Sci-Fi is going to use the full length Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis themes in the second half of the season, starting next year, although I'll probably get the episodes before that from Canada and the U.K. Those short themes of their's was ridiculous anyway, as they got rid of the score and were just there to make more room for ad's.

Well, I still haven't been writing any slash fics. I think I'll just give up on that for the time being, since I'm just too busy with Uni still, mostly working on my final year project, and any spare time I have I seem to be just reading novels, or catching up with television and movies and such.

It's on that topic thing brings this post. I watched Alexander yesterday. To be honest, the movie wasn't that good. Parts were very good, but I tend to find the battle and war scenes that don't have much of a plot boring, so half that cut out half the movie, and at 2 hours 45 minutes long, it was just way too long for what it was trying to tell. I did like however, Collin Farrell and Jared Leto together. Never really seen Jared in much before, and I must say, I like. I might actually take a small break from Ryan/Seth fics and have a look to see if anybody out there shared my interested in that pairing, since they were rather hot together, and did make up some of the more interesting parts of the movie.

Collin Farrell with blond hair though just doesn't work though, he looked stupid. I blame that and some of Jared's odd appearance in scenes on the director. He did look a little white, kind of like a vampire in some scenes. They try too hard these days to make epic movies these days.
